Disagreement between businesses on rail transport system

The businesses in Hawaii have agreed on the fact that the system of public transport has to be improved.

This is very necessary because there is a big problem of traffic congestion. But the disagreement between the businesses is on the fact whether this problem should be solved linking Ala Moana and East Kapolei by a elevated commuter rail line which will cost 3.7 billion dollars.

This system is supported by the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, but the Small Business Hawaii is against it. One of the reasons why the business community is against it is the huge cost.
